Can I use public transportation to get to Playland?
Yes you can! You can take the metro north train to Rye and then the bee-line bus to Playland. You can also take the bus directly from a variety of locations.
Can I park my car at Playland?
Yes! Please visit the Parking Booth upon entrance to park your car.

What do I get with a season pass?
The 2024 All Access Season Pass includes unlimited visits to Playland Park, Beach, Pool, Free Parking, Lake Paddle Boats, and 10% off select products!

What payment types are accepted for Playland passes?
You can pay with cash or credit card!
If I purchased passes online, do I need to print them to bring them to the park or can I show them electronically?
You can show them electronically or print them out! The choice is yours.
Are there discounted pass options?
An exclusive rate for residents of Westchester County, NY. To receive a discount, you must show proof of residency. Please bring a valid license or other form of valid ID.
Are there group rates?
Yes there are! Please email events@playland.com to coordinate your group trip.
What are the terms & conditions for Playland Passes?
Playland Park’s access, attractions, amenities, facilities, and offerings may be limited or changed by capacity or operating hours from time to time due to rehabilitation, refurbishing, capacity, seasonal considerations, weather, low demand, government or other authority guidance or order, pandemic-related restrictions, guidance from health experts, special events or any other reason without liability to Playland or its affiliates. Some benefits and features may not be available during periods of limited capacity and are subject to change or cancellation without notice or liability
Is there a refund policy for passes?
Tickets and Passes are non-refundable.
Do passes expire?
Passes are valid for the entirety of the season.
Do children need a pass to visit Playland?
Children under 3 years are FREE. Junior riders must meet height and safety requirements to enjoy rides and attractions. A responsible companion of 14 years of age or older must ride with the junior ticket if below minimum heights on specific rides.
Park policies
Can I fly my drone at the park?
Guests are not permitted to fly drones in the park.
Can I bring food & beverages into the park?
You may not bring food and beverage into the park.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No, smoking and/or vaping is prohibited at Playland.

Can I bring a stroller to the park?
Yes, you may bring strollers into the park.
Facilities
Is there a lost and found?
If you have lost an item, please visit the Guest Services window located to the left of the Dragon Coaster.
What do I do if I am separated from my group?
If you are separated from your group, please visit the Guest Services window.
Is there wi-fi at the park?
Yes! You can connect to “Playland Guest” wifi
Is there an ATM at the park?
Yes, there are multiple ATMs located throughout the park. Please refer to the map here.

Can I store my personal belongings in a secure location while at Playland?
Yes! There are lockers located throughout the park. Please refer to the map here.
Dining
What are the dining options at the park?
We have brand new dining options in the park including Jack Burger, Slice, Waffelry, and more!
Amusement park
What kind of rides does Playland have?
Thrill Rides, Children’s Rides, Family Rides!

Pool and beach
What are the pool and beach hours?
The beach and pool are open from 10:00am - 6:00pm on Tuesdays - Sundays from Memorial Day Weekend through the beginning of September.
Are there lockers and changing rooms available?
Yes, there are (newly renovated) lockers, restrooms, showers, and changing rooms available for use!
Is there a lifeguard onsite?
Yes, there will always be a lifeguard on duty during the pool's operating hours!
Is swimming allowed at the beach?
Yes, as long as it is within operating hours and the Lifeguard is on duty.
Shopping
Can I buy Playland merchandise at the park?
Yes! You can shop at the Dragon Gift Shop, Play!Shop, or Sun & Sea.
Boardwalk and lake
Can I swim in the lake?
No, swimming is not prohibited in the lake.
Are there activities on the lake?
Yes! We will be offering Paddle Boat rentals Friday-Sunday throughout the season.
Fountain plaza
When can I see the water and light show?
The brand new fountain is found in the center of the Fountain Plaza and the light shows will be visible from any nearby location!
Events and entertainment
Can I plan a birthday party, school outing, or camp trip at the park?
Yes! Please contact events@playland.com to plan your event!
Are there catering options for events?
Yes! We offer catering for events booked at Playland.
Can I have a picnic at the park?
Yes! You may reserve one of our various picnic areas.
